CANCELLATION POLICY

BTA, LLC values your commitment to our activities. To ensure a fair and organized scheduling process for all participants, we have the following 24-hour cancellation policy for group or private lessons, tournaments, and events.

Cancellation Period: Participants are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of the scheduled activity in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 501-766-1119 or 501-436-9637 or via email at info@bermudeztennis.com. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.

Late Cancellation: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, it will be considered a "late cancellation." Participants may be subject to the following consequences:   
For group lessons or events: The participant may forfeit the activity fee for that session.
For private lessons: The participant may be charged for the full lesson fee.

Exceptions: BTA, LLC acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled activity without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may result in the participant being charged for the full session fee.

Rescheduling: Participants are encouraged to reschedule canceled activities for a future available slot to avoid any financial consequences.

Refunds: BTA, LLC does not offer monetary refunds. We will hold a credit on your account for 30 days after the last lesson.
