Inclement Weather Policy
At Bermudez Tennis Academy, LLC ("BTA, LLC"), we understand that weather conditions can occasionally interfere with our scheduled activities. To provide flexibility and accommodate our participants, we have implemented the following inclement weather policy:
Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:
If a scheduled activity is affected by rain or inclement weather conditions, participants have the option to request a rescheduled session within 24 hours of the original session's start time. To request a rescheduling within 24 hours, please contact us promptly via phone at 501-766-1119 or 501-436-9637 or via email at info@bermudeztennis.com. We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative time slot for your session.
Rescheduling Within the Next 7 Days:
If rescheduling within 24 hours is not possible or convenient for the participant, we also offer the option to reschedule the session within the next 7 days from the original session date, subject to availability.
To request a rescheduled session within the next 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@bermudeztennis.com to secure your preferred alternative time.
Late Notice: While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, please understand that late notice for rescheduling within 24 hours may impact availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as you anticipate a need for rescheduling.
Cancellations: In the event of a weather-related cancellation made by BTA, LLC, participants will have the option to reschedule without penalty but you must contact us at info@bermudeztennis.com.
Refunds: BTA, LLC does not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations. We are committed to providing rescheduling options to ensure you receive the full value of your session.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By participating in activities offered by BTA, LLC, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this inclement weather policy.
